The teachers were so excited about virtual classes last week and this week. It was wonderful seeing our students, attendance was great and the dancers worked so hard. With Governor Ivey's news conference this past Friday, it looks like we can slowly but safely and responsibly begin to return to the studio. We have modified the schedule to allow for proper cleaning between classes. This schedule will be sent to all parents in a separate email. We will also begin transitioning age groups back into the studio and that schedule is as follows:
Week of May 18th - 22nd *High School classes will resume at the studio
May 25th - 29th *Middle School classes will resume at the studio
June 1st *All Students will return to studio (full tuition will be charged)
Peaches and Clean will be coming in to fog the studio for the virus prior to the students returning and we will have a Safety & Procedure list emailed to all parents. We will be continuing zoom classes for any dancer whom for whatever reason are not comfortable with in-studio classes.
We are looking at the end of June to hold our annual recital. We are currently waiting to hear from the state when entertainment venues will be allowed to open up and once they are open what the restrictions may be. We are still encouraging our parents to order their dancer's recital tights and t-shirts. You may find the link to our virtual store at www.esda.us. With the month of May we have been offering virtual classes while only charging half tuition. Since we have not been able to see our parents in person we will be auto drafting May tuition (1/2 tuition) on May 15th. With new information coming out about this virus daily we understand that our new policies may have to shift and we will notify you immediately if that should occur. We look forward to seeing everyone back at the studio. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.
